Malta's Skyline
The Russian Centre for Science and Culture was set up in Malta in 1990 to promote cultural, scientific, educational, business, artistic and humanitarian contacts between Russia and Malta.

The RCSC is housed in a historical 16th Century building which belonged to Sir Oliver Starkey, Latin secretary of Grandmaster La Valette. The Russian Government has restored and taken care of this historical monument in Valletta, "a city built by gentlemen for gentlemen which equals in its noble architecture, if it does not excel any capital in Europe".
