The RCSC in Malta is directed by the Russian Centre for International Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (Roszarubezhcenter) under the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Dr. Eleonora V. Mitrofanova is the Head of the Roszarubezhcenter.
